Supply Chain Enterprises (SCE) is an International Independent Consulting Sole Proprietorship owned and operated by Kim J Huntley, former Senior Service Executive with the United States Defense Department and former Director of Defense Energy. Kim brings over 48 years of global logistics experience in every major supply chain to include reverse logistics.
SCE is dedicated to clients who have high ethic and professional standards, offer unique products and services to the US Armed Forces, and have common interest and synergy for partnerships. Client Services include strategic planning, sales, marketing, and customer support, distribution, introduction of new products, CEO senior management consulting, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Energy Studies.
Provide insight into the fossil fuel and alternative energy market with Federal Government and Private Industry. Kim was appointed the Chair of the Inter Agency Working Group For Alternative Energy (IAWG- Jan 2009-Jan 2010) that was comprised of Federal Agencies and Department of Defense.

About Kim J Huntley

Advisory Board member for EBREX International, the GTS Group, and The Martin Group. Principle Consultant for Deep Water Point, and Senior Advisor for Parts Life Inc/ DeVal Life Cycle Support. Since his retirement in 2010, Mr. Huntley served as Director of the DLA Energy. He was the principle executive officer in charge of Worldwide DOD and Federal Agencies Energy Needs, with an annual budget of over 25B. He served in the US Navy/Vietnam Veteran before serving over 33 more years in the Defense Logistics Agency in Germany, and  at HQs in Ft Belvoir, VA in positions of increasing responsibility to include Deputy Commander DLA Europe, Chief of DLA Customer Support, Deputy Commander DLA land and Maritime and DLA Aviation Supply Chains. He was appointed to Senior Executive Service in 2006. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

Our value-added reverse engineering processes address missing or incomplete technical data needed prior to manufacturing. Services, such as R.O.P.E.® (Rapid Obsolescence Planning and Execution) and 5R® (Reverse Engineering, Remanufacturing, Recertify, Repair, Replicate) deliver manufacturable data with source approval to manufacture replacement parts. In our Prototype Integration Facility, parts and components are manufactured and tested for form, fit, and function to ensure each piece meets and surpasses OEM requirements.
